Blitz-Script 5.4 update

1. Updated documentation on updating work with functions. Added attributes to obsolete functions
2. Added time and transaction status update for manual top-ups via paykassa.pro on the side of the client requesting the balance top-up
3. Fancybox plugin for working with images is integrated
4. Added possibility to activate KYC verification of users
5. Fixed a bug: when the deposit was closed by admin in some cases the profiles were not accrued to users. Now, when a deposit is closed by admin, profits are credited for the period worked.
6. Fixed a bug: when the page with currency rates was empty
7. Fixed bug: displaying the number of exchange rates when only one payment system is enabled (updated SCI module)
8. Fixed authorisation for doublers
9. Templates for validating user wallets are removed from the validate module
